Once you have returned your items to us, you will receive your refund within 10 working days after the items have reached our warehouse.
You can track the progress of your return shipment using the track & trace provided by your chosen carrier. This will indicate when the package has reached our warehouse. The 10-working-day processing period begins from that moment. As soon as the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification.
